Of all the cosmetic dentistry procedures, freehand dental bonding is perhaps the most demanding. Dr. Currie's skills with dental bonding are truly exceptional, and we have the pictures to prove it.

The shape, color and translucence of this dental bonding work is exceptional. Even under close examination, it is impossible to tell with the naked eye where the bonding ends and the natural teeth begin. Notice how the repaired areas have variations in color and translucence. This is an exceptionally difficult skill to master.

Dental Bonding Procedure

In dental bonding, the surface of the tooth that is to be repaired is "roughed up". Then a bonding agent is applied, then the composite material which will replace the missing portions of the tooth. Dr. Currie uses many different shades of composite material to achieve the realistic variations found in the natural teeth surrounding the damaged tooth.
